These terms cover your use of ringiris.com. Use of the RingIris platform is governed by the separate written proposal or agreement we sign with each client; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read, share and link to the content on this site. Please don't copy it wholesale, scrape it to republish, or use the site in a way that disrupts it or tries to get unauthorized access to anything.

No guaranteed results

Call tracking, attribution and AI analysis improve what you can measure, but we can't guarantee specific marketing results, call volumes or revenue. AI-generated transcripts, summaries and answers can contain errors and should be checked before you rely on them. Figures from our missed-call calculator are estimates based only on what you enter.

Your responsibilities

Laws on call recording, AI disclosure, text messaging consent (including the TCPA), and health or financial data apply to how you use any call tracking system. You're responsible for meeting the rules that apply to your business; we'll help you configure the platform sensibly but don't provide legal advice.

We link to other sites for reference and aren't responsible for their content. Product and company names such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, Salesforce and HubSpot are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe integrations. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
