Contact center

Route every caller to the right person, fast

Attribution tells you where a caller came from. Routing decides whether they reach someone who can help. RingIris gives sales and front-desk teams the phone tools of a full contact center, with the source of every call on screen.

What it does

Smart routing

Route by location, time of day, caller history, campaign, skills or weighted distribution, with fallbacks when nobody answers.

A phone in the browser

Agents take and make calls and texts from a softphone in the browser or mobile app, with caller source and history on screen.

Outbound and coaching

Work call lists with a dialer, use call scripts, listen live, whisper to agents and review performance by person.

Contact center tools

Included in the RingIris platform and configured with you during onboarding.

  • Phone menus (IVR) and call queues
  • Geographic, schedule-based and skill-based routing
  • Browser softphone and mobile app
  • Outbound dialer with voicemail detection
  • Call scripts, transfers and conference calls
  • Live listen and coaching
  • Post-call surveys and agent reports

Common questions

Do we need new desk phones?

No. Agents can use the browser softphone, the mobile app, or keep forwarding to the phones they have.

Can different locations have different rules?

Yes. Each location or team can have its own hours, menus and routing, while reporting rolls up in one place.

Does it work with our CRM?

RingIris connects with common CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot so calls are logged automatically. See the integrations page for the full list.
