Conversation AI
Hear what callers want without listening to every call
Recordings are valuable, but nobody has time to play them all back. RingIris transcribes calls, writes short summaries and answers the questions you care about for every conversation, so patterns are easy to spot.
What it does
Transcripts and summaries
Every recorded call becomes searchable text with a short summary of who called, why and what happened next.
Your own AI questions
Write questions in plain English (Was this a new patient? Which product? Was a quote given?) and get structured answers you can filter and report on.
Scores, tags and triggers
Use answers and keywords to score calls, tag outcomes, mark conversions and kick off follow-up texts or CRM updates automatically.

Common questions
How accurate are transcripts?
Accuracy depends on audio quality, accents and crosstalk. Dual-channel recording and the enhanced transcription option help. Summaries and AI answers should be spot-checked, especially early on.
Can AI answers be used as conversions?
Yes. For example, you can mark a call as a conversion only when the AI says an appointment was booked, then send that to Google Ads.
Is sensitive information stored?
You control what's recorded and transcribed. Redaction can remove things like card numbers from transcripts, and recording can be turned off on specific lines.
