About
Why we built RingIris around the phone call
For many businesses the most valuable moment in the whole customer journey is a phone conversation, and it's the one marketing reports understand least.
The name
In Greek myth, Iris was the messenger who carried word between worlds on a rainbow. That's the job we want RingIris to do: carry what happens on the phone back to the people deciding where marketing money goes, and carry what marketing knows to the people answering the phone.
The logo puts those ideas together: a winged messenger, an eye that sees where each call came from, and sound waves for the conversation itself.
How we work
Call tracking software is powerful, but it's easy to set up badly. Wrong number pools, conversions counted twice and routing that drops calls all lead to data nobody trusts. So RingIris comes with real onboarding and a person you can call, not just a login and a help center.
We'd rather tell you a feature isn't right for you than sell you something you won't use. If call tracking isn't a fit, we'll say so.
What we believe
- Count outcomes, not just calls
- Your data should reach your ad platforms and CRM
- Sensitive conversations deserve tight controls
- AI should save time, and still be checked
- Plain answers beat sales scripts
